Position: Community Support Worker (Complex)
Location: Plymouth
Hourly Rate: £8.80
Hours: 35 hour per week contracts available (7am - 5pm shifts)
Essential: Driving Licence

Mr S is a young man who has a learning disability and global development delay; he has been in a long stay institution for 6 months and will be moving back to Plymouth into his newly purchased house on 20th January 2020.

We are looking to build a team of enthusiastic, motivated *male support workers for Mr S's return to Plymouth on the 20th January who will support Mr S to find stability and plan for the future.

Mr S has a number of interests including shopping, books, computers, sea-life, animals, dinosaurs and cars. He has a very good relationship with his family which he will need support to maintain and there has been some discussion about training / education, work or volunteering.

Mr Shas complex needs and requires support workers who are patient, understanding and willing to support him to develop his independence gradually.

+ Salary of £8.80 per hour
